Universal aluminium brushcutter head
The sturdy aluminium universal brushcutter head is practical, it fits on brushcutters very easily using the screw (supplied) or a blade mounting nut (not supplied). It comes with 4 strands of twisted nylon wire.
The brushcutter head is universal: it can be fitted to most straight arm brushcutters using the screw (supplied) or a blade mounting nut (not supplied).
The universal head is suitable for nylon wire up to 4.5mm diameter in round, square or twisted profiles. It is supplied with 4 strands of 3 mm diameter twisted nylon thread.
The replacement of the wires is fast thanks to a system allowing the assembly of the wires without interference between them (double tunnel of passage of wires). The head is unscrewed by hand. The direction of rotation of the reverse thread ensures that the head never loosens.
The body and base of the brushcutter head are made of aluminium to ensure extreme strength and durability.
In addition to the nylon strands supplied, the brushcutter head is supplied with :
- mounting reduction rings
- a clamping rod for proper installation of the head.
- a 20 mm inner diameter washer for proper installation of the head (machine side installation)
- two washers of 8 and 12 mm inner diameter for a good tightening of the head according to the diameter of the machine's axis (installation on the inner part of the head)
