Description

The set of 20 abrasive discs is designed to meet the demands of mechanical sanding. The 60 grit is used for work requiring a high level of material removal, while the 120 grit is better suited to intermediate finishes. The discs are particularly suitable for :

Sanding wood, metal and non-metal surfaces

Preparing and finishing wood, plastic and leather parts

Polishing stone and glass surfaces.

The discs are compatible with 180mm diameter eccentric sanders, including the 900W OXEO model ref 760387. They fit on eccentric sanders with a self-gripping disc support plate and a 180mm diameter velcro plate.

The self-gripping system enables the disc to be changed quickly, without tools, guaranteeing a good hold during use.

The addition of 8 dust extraction holes improves dust collection when the disc is used with a sander fitted with an integrated dust extraction system. This limits clogging of the disc and optimises sanding quality.

DIY advice

This pack of 20 discs with different grits is ideal for sanding wooden furniture and metal parts. The hook-and-loop system makes it easy to change discs on the machine.
